Wellness services are a cornerstone of Happy Pet Mobile Vet. We believe prevention is the best medicine! Wellness exams help keep your pet healthy, and typically take place once or twice a year while your companion is in good health. These examinations give Dr. McKerney the opportunity to screen your pet for early signs of disease and to monitor your pet’s individual care needs.
A typical initial visit includes:
- Review of previous medical records and history
- Meet and greet
- Full physical exam
- Enrollment in pharmacy services (pending needs)
- Consultation to design a veterinary plan tailored to fit you and your pet.
Based on your unique needs we provide several options for in-home pet health including:
- Vaccinations
- Preventatives
- Nutrition counseling
- Limited dermatology and ophthalmology services
- Laboratory testing (as needed) and pharmacy services.
- Pain management
Initial new patient exams start at $275 includes travel fee. Additional pets in the same home/same initial visit add $125 per pet. Additional visits and rechecks vary from $90-225 pending the nature of the visit. Medications, additional services and diagnostics are not included.
